Where art, community, and purpose come together

Commissioned for the launch of Rooted; in Strength at the Shangri-La Singapore, this collaborative mural brought together art and community through a shared creative experience. Conceptualised and created by Li Ying, Founder of World of Ying, the 1.7-metre canvas featuring 118 orchids symbolised resilience, growth, and unity. Over the course of the event, guests were invited to contribute their own brushstrokes, gradually bringing the artwork to life — one petal at a time. The evolving mural became a visual expression of collective strength while supporting initiatives by United Women Singapore.
